When checking-in at the destination hotel, your employee must present their Aeroméxico Rewards Member Number at front desk to earn Aeroméxico Rewards Points in their Individual Account.
Remember to request your invoice at the time of check-out and register it in our Retroactive Accumulations section by entering the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Account Number of your company so that both can earn Aeroméxico Rewards Points in their respective accounts.
They must Log in with their individual Aeroméxico Rewards Member Account.
Enter the details of the reservation on the retroactive accreditations page.
After the validation process your employee will be able to see the Aeroméxico Rewards Points on their individual Aeroméxico Rewards Account
The Call Centers are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. local time in each country, to the Rest of the World, local time in Mexico City.
